Terms and Conditions:

By participating in the Leapfrog Property Group Pawsitive Impact Pet Photo Contest, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: The contest is open to legal residents of South Africa, aged 18 or older. Employees or agents of Leapfrog Property Group and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
    
2. Submission Guidelines:
   • Each participant may submit one photo.
   • Photos must be of a good digital quality allowing for clear viewing and potential enlargement
   • Entries must be original, unpublished works owned solely by the participant.
   • Photos should not contain any offensive or inappropriate content.
   • No watermarks, signatures, or logos are allowed on the submitted photos.
   • Advanced editing that creates illusions or manipulations is prohibited.
   • AI-generated or heavily AI-edited content will not be accepted.
      
3. Rights and Usage:
   • By submitting a photo, participants grant  Leapfrog Property Group a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the photos in connection with the contest and related promotional activities.
   • Participants affirm they have obtained all necessary permissions from any individuals or pet owners appearing in the photos.
      
4. Judging and Voting:
   • Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, and adherence to the category theme.
   • The CEO of Leapfrog Property Group will be the sole judge of the competition and his decision will be final.
      
5. Prizes:
   • Winners will be notified via email or phone within 3 working days of the winner announcement date.
   • Prizes are non-transferable and will be paid upon receipt of the winner's banking details via an official bank confirmation letter.
      
6. Liability:
   • Leapfrog Property Group is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or other issues that may affect participation in the contest.
   • Participants agree to release and hold Leapfrog Property Group harmless from any claims or damages arising from participating in the contest or accepting any prize.
      
7. Privacy:

By participating in the Leapfrog Property Group Pawsitive Impact Pet Photo Contest, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by Leapfrog Property Group to administer the contest. Participants agree that their personal details may be shared with Leapfrog Franchisees, who may contact them to offer value-added services.

8. General Conditions:
   • Leapfrog Property Group reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the terms and conditions or that may damage the reputation of the organisation.
   • Leapfrog Property Group reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if unforeseen circumstances arise.
   • The closing date is 16 May 2025. Late entries will not be accepted. Proof of transmission is not proof of receipt.
