As I park my car ready to meet the owner and manager, I prepare myself to ask her about what made her invest in the lodge. Before the question came out of my mouth, I lifted my head and saw the most breath-taking views. I did still ask the question, and the answer was the view was what stole their hearts and it surely had my heart too.

The four-star lodge boasts four luxury suites and a honeymoon suite with a veranda where guests can enjoy the stunning views. You can not but shutdown when you arrive at this serene and tranquil environment.

The lodge boasts a lovely kitchen where breakfast is prepared for guests. The guests also get to enjoy the delectable cakes baked by the manager. There is a lovely apartment which houses the manager featuring an open plan living and dining area with one bedroom and bathroom.

The lodge is the ideal gateway to the famous Kruger National Park. Three access gates are located nearby, the closest being the Phabeni Gate reachable within a leisurely 15 minute drive. The Blyde River Canyon with the famous God’s Window and other spectacular attractions are easily accessible from the lodge. All just a day trip away.

Some of the best restaurants in the area are just a short drive from the Lodge as well as a comprehensive, well-equipped shopping centre a mere 2 km away. Discerning travellers will find quick access to most amenities and resources they may require.
