MASTERPIECE DESIGN AND VIEWS TO BE BUILD
This magnificent plot and plan design was centered around its panoramic view of Simonsig Estate as well as the large open village park on its left. Close attention was paid to optimize all natural light and flow throughout the house and emphasized well designed spaces with extra high ceilings and high doors. Sight lines were created towards the vineyards and village park through a big Bespoke glass paneled front door and floor to ceiling windows in selected areas.

Skylights are part of this majestic plan to accentuate the natural sunlight streaming into the dining room of this lovely North facing home. The designer allowed for floor to ceiling windows on either side of the open shower to again maximize the natural light and beauty of the surroundings and secure privacy through huge planter boxes against the boundary wall. Small details like wall scones in all bedrooms, living room floor plugs, recessed water points, additional storage etc. are just a few added features to this beautiful and luxury design.
