Application and / or contract costs:
• Damage / security deposit from 1.5 months to 3 months rental value subject to risk assessment • R2,000 utility deposit (based on average usage per property) • R500 key deposit • R1,000 admin fee on approval, • R100 credit check fee per applicant. R350 in the case that the applicant applies of behalf of a company • R70 monthly admin fee
Minimum requirements in order to qualify:
• Gross salary no less than 3 x the rental amount • Good credit conduct • Proven positive rental track record
